A Bitter Harvest and Grounds for Reform: The Nuba Mountains, Conflicted Land and Transitional Sudan
The paper will re-visit Comprehensive Peace Agreement provisions and current developments, in that the South has benefited from implementation in practical de facto autonomy whereas measures for the transitional areas (Southern Kordofan, Blue Nile and Abyei) and national-level reform are well behind.
