Commitment to partnership
Partnerships are crucial in defining our approach to our activities. The potentials, needs and interests of our partners, combined with our own expertise, shape what we do and how we do it. Ultimately, we are accountable to them.
Working in partnership and coordinating our work with other actors allows us all to create higher levels of synergy. We see this as a fundamental best practice in conflict transformation.
To foster and maintain the highest level of professional expertise and joint learning within our community, we actively participate in global, regional and national networks.
Partnership with Berghof Conflict Research
One special partnership adds depth to our practice-oriented work: we collaborate closely with our sister organisation, Berghof Conflict Research (BCR).
Together we create a dynamic relationship between practice and research that has earned Berghof a name and reputation for excellence in the field of conflict transformation. Both organisations function at the Berghof Center in Berlin.
